Custom Metal & Millwork Fixtures
Independently designed and coordinated the fabrication of custom wood & stainless steel counters and metal fixtures at EMI industries。
Completed hundreds of additional custom fixtures/ mass production fixtures for chain stores, schools, and clubs.

For this project at EMI Industries as a Design Engineer, I independently completed the design and execution of four large-scale wood and stainless steel counters, as well as over ten other metal custom fixtures.
From discussing design intent with the project manager to 3D modeling, making production drawings and coordinating at the manufacturing facility to solve issues, I managed the full process independently, accurately delivering each task.
The wood laminate was carefully designed with book-matched grain and seamless grain alignment to ensure visual consistency and craftsmanship precision, earning high client satisfaction.
Additionally, I have completed hundreds of custom metal and wood fixtures for various chain stores, schools, and clubs, covering design and fabrication.
